Winning over cautious consumers meant shifting from broad awareness to more personalized engagement.

Philips, a trusted leader in home appliances, needed to turn strong brand awareness into sales. Despite its premium reputation, purchases lagged due to price sensitivity, competition, and limited engagement. Data showed high traffic but low conversions, as consumers relied on recommendations and price comparisons before buying. Adding to the complexity, affiliate data revealed gaps in performance, with some affiliates driving traffic but few sales and others converting well within limited reach.

We adopted a data-driven approach designed to empower affiliates and accelerate brand growth.

Using performance insights, we identified key opportunities to strengthen both reach and conversion. Top affiliates were supported with personalized tools, exclusive rewards, and tailored content based on audience data, while smaller ones were reactivated with practical insights to improve their results. This ROI-focused strategy maximized sales and built a strong foundation for Philips’ long-term growth.

Growth was driven through an end-to-end affiliate journey that guided consumers from awareness to action.

To ensure end-to-end alignment, we implemented a two-tier strategy. The top funnel focused on building awareness and intent through high-reach affiliates, while the lower funnel centered on converting high-intent audiences with compelling offers and targeted messaging.

These affiliates hosted live sessions and produced shoppable “yellow cart” videos, giving audiences an engaging and interactive shopping experience. To ensure commitment and quality, we offered commissions and product samples as incentives.
