Arka Group, home to multiple well-loved F&B brands, wanted to strengthen customer retention and respond to the growing wave of loyalty programs in the F&B market. Rather than simply keeping up, Arka saw this as an opportunity to reimagine how loyalty could enrich every dining moment through a unified system that rewards customers in meaningful ways across all its brands.

Each Arka brand has its own audience, from coffee lovers to family diners. The challenge was to bring all of them together under one simple and rewarding experience. It needed to be intuitive for users, measurable for the business, and adaptable for future growth.

Loyalty Program

Turning physical exploration into digital connection.

Introducing Arka Rewards, a tier-based, point-driven loyalty system built into the Arka mobile app. Every purchase earns users points that can be redeemed for free menu items, discounts, and exclusive experiences. The more they spend, the higher they climb, unlocking greater benefits and a sense of progress that keeps them coming back.

With intuitive UX and clear reward tiers, users can easily track progress, explore new brands, and stay engaged. The program connects all Arka Group brands in one ecosystem, turning everyday purchases into meaningful interactions and cross-brand discovery.

Customer Relationship Management

Keeping loyalty alive through the right message, at the right time.

To nurture engagement beyond the app and maintain customer connection, we built a CRM ecosystem integrated with Arka Rewards across three main channels: Push Notifications, WhatsApp, and Email. From special deals to point reminders, every message helps customers stay informed, connected, and rewarded. This system ensures loyalty remains active even between visits.
